Esme & Kiedis

Esme is a 5 year old pure-breed Pug. I got her when I finished high school and we have been inseparable ever since. I'm a vet nurse and as soon as someone comes in with a Pug, they are immediately informed all about my girl (whether they care or not!)

She is very lazy and often cracks me up with her antics. I think the funniest memory I have with her is when her curiosity of our vacuum got the better of her! She got a little too close and it attached itself to her side and her panic saw her running in circles trying the get the darn thing off!

Kiedis is a 6 month old pure-breed Great Dane. Obviously I've only had him a short time but he has already found a very special place in my heart. He is already very tall and very food motivated. Not a good combination, especially since he has realized he can reach our kitchen bench and all the food it holds!

I love both my "kids" very much and couldn't imagine my life without them!
